Step 3. Click Security and Maintenance to open it
Step 4. Click Change User Account Control settings on the left to continue
Step 5. Move the scale up or down to choose when to be notified about changes to your computer, and click OK
Step 6. Reboot your computer

Solution 3. Re-register Windows Store through Windows PowerShell
Step 1. Click the Start menu, and then type powershell in the search field
Step 2. Right-click on Windows PowerShell from a list of results
Step 3. Click on Run as Administrator
Step 4. In the Windows PowerShell window, type the following command and then hit Enter
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 5. Your Windows Store will be re-registered once it is finished

Performing solution 1 worked, however the steps listed were not accurate for me, after the troubleshooter finished it took me to the Apps & Features tab where I had to manually reset the data of each app.
