3. Edit Registry

Thanks renaming the Software Distribution folder worked for me.
I tried the first method and it did not work.
As to method 2 I do not have a start button.
You can also Press Windows + X to access the Power User Menu. Then choose Windows PowerShell (Admin) on the Power User Menu to open the command prompt.
